Forum Title: Bubbles from old coating.

Just a little kitchen ceiling in an older condo in Vancouver, and holy chit! Bubbles right around a light. I let it die down, and threw some deydex over it and they can back when I applied the deydex, just not as bad. Any ideas what the cause could be? Sent from my SM-A520W using Tapatalk

bubbling like that is typically a moisture issue
